Cookie Policy

Last updated: 9 September 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on faffitoff.co.uk.

Our current approach

FAFF IT OFF does not currently use advertising cookies or optional visitor analytics on the public website. Jetpack Stats and WooCommerce Analytics are disabled. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar advertising or profiling tools.

Strictly necessary technologies

Some technologies are required to operate and secure the website, process forms and maintain WordPress administration. These may be used without consent where the law permits because they are necessary for a service you request or for security and core website operation.

WordPress

WordPress may use authentication, security and preference cookies for logged-in administrators and other authenticated users. Ordinary public visitors are not asked to log in to use FAFF IT OFF.

Forminator forms

Our quote and contact forms are provided using Forminator. Forminator is used to validate and process form submissions and includes honeypot anti-spam protection. It may use technically necessary browser or session functionality where required to submit a form reliably, but we do not use Forminator for advertising or behavioural tracking.

Jetpack security

Jetpack remains active for selected website and account-security functions. Its public visitor analytics modules are disabled. Security-related processing may still take place where necessary to protect the website, particularly around login and account-protection functions.

External content delivery

The current website theme loads a Tailwind CSS browser script from the jsDelivr content-delivery network. When your browser requests that file, jsDelivr may receive standard technical request information such as your IP address, browser information and request time. FAFF IT OFF does not use that request to profile you or for advertising. This is a network request rather than an analytics service operated by us.

Optional cookies

At the date shown above, we have not identified any optional analytics or advertising cookies that need to be enabled for the public site. If we later add a service that requires consent under UK law, we will update this policy and introduce an appropriate consent mechanism before that technology is activated for visitors.

Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent parts of the website, including forms or secure areas, from working correctly.

Changes

We will review this policy when we add or change website services, plugins, analytics, payment tools or other technologies that may affect cookies or local storage.
